Jadeite Jade Chinese Zodiac Amulet Pendant Various Animals

I purchased one each for my husband and I because it's required for us in this Ox year. VERY PLEASED! Quality of the pendant and carving is much more refined than the picture. Colors are perfect as also needed. Both are beautiful green shades instead of whiter (although the whiter shade would have been acceptable.). The cord is beautiful forest green and not black, and came in beautiful brown (not black) net pouches. The adjuster on the cord doesn't slip. Being about 5 feet tall I was apprehensive it might be too bulky, but is not too large, too thick or too heavy. Even my husband who has never worn a necklace is happy with it. I love it so much, I am purchasing one for a friend who should also wear a rat pendant this year. Thank you OVALBUY.

Iwhen i first unwrapped it i thought was not very attractive, maybe because its almost colorless and uniform in color . But somehow leaving it laying around a few days am finding myself appreciating snd playing with it. Not sure what it is made of since chinese jade can mean any of several stones, not just nephrite or. jadeite. It gets warm with touch more quickly than my jadite pendans. Mine does have the little bead and is a nice touch, green adjustsble cprd. Knowing its a rat i can tell but dont know if i didnt if can make it put. Overall i like it anyway.

Great charm. Very happy with purchase. Good price. Only thing I'd change is the flat back, gives it a mass produced feel to me.

Update: Ordered another for my friend because she liked mine so much. The cord is made with the slide knot so it looks too small but all you need to do is grasp two of the strings and gently pull to adjust the necklace so that it fits around your head and then adjust again to tighten it to the desired length. No need to cut. Happy with size and quality. Detail is difficult to see but that is because it is a very pale almost white shade. I did cut the cord at first because I thought it was too short but that was before I realized that it looks like it has the Chinese slide knot which if the strings are pulled, the length significantly increases.

Nice gift item for the price. String is not that durable, though.

Love it ! Much better than the picture. It is light green. Lots of people talked about the cord problem. Personally, I believe this a culture problem than the product problem. In Chinese culture, 'amulet pendant', it was used to protect someone you love or you care. The meaning is deeper than product itself. And the cord that used to tie to the Jade has been in Chinese culture for 3000+ years. I ordered this one for one of my kids, The cord it may be too short, but to me, it is simple fix.

It is simply lovely. The shape of the horse is really very nicely carved. The Amulet Pendant is of good size (It is not a tiny pendant!) The cord that holds the pendant and goes round the neck, has nice knots a little jade flowers and beads corded on it. The necklace looks like an endless necklace. The size of the cord is short and I could not wear it over my head. I wish it were a bit longer. I had to cut the cord and put a clasp so I could wear the pendant. The product was delivered with in the scheduled time. Since it comes from far off you must allow plenty of time to get it. But the wait is worthwhile.

The pendant showed up on time and undamaged. It very beautiful and definitely worth the price. My son absolutely loved it.

Lovely pendant made of Jadeite. I really like it, however I would have liked a way to put it on a chain. But Thank you for the quick shipping.

It took a long time to get here, but it is nice. The only problem is it is on a string, and there is no way to attach it to a chain

Carving is a little small, but for the price, this is very well done.

I do love it. It is an amazing addition to my collection.
