RentokilREN0375 Rat Killer Outdoor Bait Box, Black, 11 x 17 x 27 cm

Brought April 2021. Very dispointed expiry date says May 2020.

When the package arrived it was clear that the contents of the bait box had been shaken about. There was a metal rod and three bait blocks but absolutely no information on how or where these were connected or placed internally. The box itself contains several warnings saying "Do Not Open" even though it is supposed to be reusable and a key is provided to open it. Meanwhile the instructions on the box basically say "don't place it anywhere that any create other than a rat will encounter it" and I haven't got a clue how you're supposed to do that. All in all, a very badly organised bit of kit.

not black as stated but to be fair picture did show the white / clear onenot robust enough, something to into it in the first week managed to snap the plastic holding bracket for the bait block, the bit of bait was found in our garden trough which is about waist height so goodness knows what it was, we are hoping it wasnt a squirrrel although in theory a squirrel should not have been able to get in there so maybe a huge rat!

Looks ok, it is clear plastic like the picture on the box, it is not black which the description states. It holds the bait secure inside. Yet to know if it works.

I put this down and then within an hour saw rats going to it I wasn’t sure that's what I wanted ! Next day same but only a couple ! None since I have left it down but not been touched for weeks so brilliant item !

Works well.
