Dansukker Parlsocker Coarse Pearl Sugar (500g)

I love using pearl sugar when baking and it is extremely hard to find in stores and even specialty stores. This brand is genuine and tastes wonderful.

Use this sugar on my cookies, cakes and scones. Does not melt holds up well.

The product is good. The sugar is crunchy and decorative.But the packaging was suspect. The front of the box had a large strip of the outer layer ripped off and the side had a small split so that a couple of tablespoons worth of sugar pearls were loose in the padded envelope which cost it a star.

I like to bake cookies and I needed some Coarse Sugar. The seller had great reviews so I ordered it. The shipping was fast and I’m very happy with my purchase

Perfect for chouquettes (sweet little puff pastries without filling) and brioches. Too small though for Belgium style waffles where you need a larger nugget to create the caramélisation nuggets that make them so delicious

The package was sent in a box like off the shelf at the store. Sugar was spilling out. Small sugar do not buy this one-plus it came a day later than originally stated.

Just what we needed to bake some Swedish recipes. Keeps its shape during baking and adds nice crunchy sprinkle to top of goodies. The box opening tends to leak sugar. Best to empty the sugar into another container.

I use this kind of sugar for some particular cakes and sweets. Not exactly like the italian one but it still works
