Bag is great but there’s not enough straps to put it on frame. It could use two more. I’ve tried reaching out to larosa but there customer service hasn’t been that great.

I didn't like how long it took to arrive but that was due to customs. I do like the way it looks and fits.

Very expensive mistake. Would never buy from them again.Complete disdain for their customers. Now that I’ve had this experience, I’ve found web forums where others report the same.I simply asked to understand why their bag mounts do not match my bike when they were specifically ordered for my motorcycle. I also asked for help, to see if there was something I could do to dye the bags closer to the color that I ordered, the color they display on their website!First, I reported that the two custom bags I ordered do not have the correct attachment points for my motorcycle. I also ordered the bags custom, and directly communicated with them in an email showing a photo, from their own website, of the bag and color I wanted. The bags are very tan, their website shows very brown. Worst problem in the world? NO, but these weren’t cheap, and they should at least try to be helpful and answer my questions, right?They respond that I couldn’t possibly know what I was talking about, and that they’ve made hundreds of bags and never heard this. (Same response other commenters on a forum got.. so clearly this is a lie).They asked me for photos. I sent a photo, a diagram of the bag and the mount points on my bike, and a video. I also pointed out the difference in the dye/color of the bag from what I ordered. The bag has 4 attachment straps, yet the 4th is located where there is no attachment point on my motorcycle!No response.I pinged them twice more, it’s been 10 days. No response.I didn’t ask for a return, just help understanding how to mount the bags, and if there was something I could do personally to dye the bags closer to the color I ordered.Not even an ounce of help!So, now I Have a bag that doesn’t securely mount, which I may be able to fix with additional hardware, that are a color I didn’t order.One photo shows the bike on my bag, with the red bars showing the frame.. the yellow marks showing the attachment points that can be attached. The red arrow points to the red attachment point on the bag that has NO where to attach on bike.The other photo shows two images from the bags I ordered on their website on the top, below it is a photo of the bag I received. Its almost like they forgot to dye the bottom half of the bags!
