Better than taking the liquid vinegar. Been using these for a couple months. The taste is still strong but not like liquid version.

Stomach reflux or Gaul stones hurting take a apple cider supplement.
I give my husband the Supplement and I take the real thing. He hates the Apple Cider vinegar taste or any vinegar taste, but it does work if you need more acid in your stomach.

They work
The flavor is slightly vinegary but what do you expect. I love these more than other ones I have tried from different brands, they are more effective and I trust them more. I like that you can tell it is actually ACV because of the very slight hint you can smell. I buy these regularly and would recommend to anyone wanting an effective product. I have lost about 20 lbs over the last year just from these!

Using to keep me from being bloated. Works great. Because I use them in am and PM I wish they were a bit less money but very satisfied with product.
