Is it still possible to get this cheek riser in black instead of the sandstone color as in the pictures displayed in the product listing?

Yes, they are available in black. We are in the process of updating the product listing picture to correctly display the product coloring. Both the top and bottom members come in black.

Will this work on standard ak stock

I'm sure it would, it's a tight fit on the M1A synthetic stock, so no movement. The three adjustments for the front to back angle work good for any cheek rest angle desired.
