Review: They have pride in their product! - Oh man where to begin! Well it did take some time to get here but that was NOT the sellers fault, Texas froze over. I opened and immediately saw that this company takes pride in how they package their product it was very nicely done. ALL of my boxes work properly HOWEVER one did come cracked.... But everything else is so perfect I refuse to send it back over that or to take a star away. That's how amazing this bag is!!!! I'm a mail carrier with a 16 mile walking route In Texas and this bag works great for me it's the perfect size with extra pockets to carry all the gear I need for work keeping. However I work in the hot Texas heat with no ac in our llvs so I did have to add some heavy duty ice packs but I've emyet to find a lunch bag that I don't have to do that with because of the extreme temperatures but this is by far my favorite. I was hesitant to buy after reading so many reviews because of the bad ones but I can tell u with ease that I put this bag thru hell every day and fill it to the max to where it is heavy and have had no problems with the bag its built very well and the container is nwra are holding up perfectly, I actually don't understand how one of the kids came cracked because I've stepped on one of my containers and it didn't Crack and still shuts perfectly fine. Bottom line this is a great product everyone is different but it is definitely worth the money!

A: They seem to be!

A: You can definitely place ice in the smaller compartments. However, like any soft coolers, there may be a little bit of leakage once the ice melts and turns to water. 

Yes, we do offer more of the thin cold packs on our website.

**Q: Are the two side zipper pockets insulated as well or just the main compartment? If insulated,   big enough for a 12 oz can/16 oz bottle & sml ice pk?**
A: The sides are insulated as well and I put my big 1.75 L water bottle in it so you can definitely fit whatever in the side pockets!

**Q: Dimensions of the insides of the side pocket compartments?**
A: Roughly 6x6. It's actually perfect. I thought it would be small, but it worked out great.

I like this lunch bag very much because you can fit multiple liquid containers and I've been using it daily for 2 years now. I use one side hot for my coffee and one side cold (vitamin water) and an extra water bottle for later in the day. I have deducted a star because the vinyl lining inside the bag has ripped on one side and one of the zippers broke on the top, but I can still use the other zipper. I wish they would put a few small fabric loops on the outside in order to slide a couple pens or a pen flashlight into.
