I love this mini PC. The value is good, and the size is portable. It doesn't have many USB-C ports, but that is fine for me. I use the USB-C to connect to one of my monitors. There's also an HDMI port to connect to an HDMI port on a monitor. There are also USB A ports in the front where I connect my wired mouse and keyboard. I like that it has many cores and memory for me to be able to use my virtual machines in it. I like that it has Windows Pro, so I can use it with Windows features like virtual machines or Hyper-V. I'm using it for my class too. Use Hyper-V to make virtual machines, and it can keep up as small as it is. Speaking of how small it is, I like how small it is, and it's portable, it seems, and carrying; just carry it to other places like class or somewhere. All you need is just a keyboard, mouse, and a monitor. It seems like it's a very powerful computer for how small it is. For my use case, it does get a bit noisy at times, but that's expected since I'm using it a lot for its memory for my virtual machines and school work. With the memory or RAM it has, it also is very. I can work with many tabs on my browser, and also I can have multiple virtual machines as well. Right now I can have like three virtual machines, which is great, which is what I need. Three virtual machines at the same time. The speed seems to be really fast for my use case. I highly recommend it.

Way more computing power than I need, but should serve me well for a long time. Boots up in a jiffy. No problems after nearly a year. Loads of various ports, which is more than my Dell laptop can claim.

It would have been 5 stars if Geekom had provided qty.2 of 16GB RAM for dual-channel instead of qty.1 of 32GB RAM. Same amount of total RAM, but the single-channel memory bandwidth hampers the graphics performance of the integrated iGPU significantly. I use (external) eGPU enclosure with nVidia 5070 for more serious gaming. But it would have been nice to have the option to use iGPU for older games that don't require a more powerful eGPU.

My wife's computer was starting to have issues and struggled to upgrade to Win 11. After a few weeks of complaining, I surprised her with one of these computers (bought myself one also to load with VMs on my Cybersecurity CTF network). When I handed the box to her, she said what is this? I said, your new computer. What do I do with it? It's your new computer. After going thru this for 15 minutes, she still wasn't convinced because of the size. Since then, we've got it setup (came loaded with Win 11) and she's been using it happily. She now likes the compact size and the strong performance. As a photographer, her software is robust and this small platform runs a handful of applications simultaneously, internet connections, 2 monitors and uses multiple USB ports for additional devices on the front and back. Don't get hung up on the size. It's small on the outside, but large on performance on the inside.

Excellent computer. You will need one of the adapter options for your plug-ins, but they are inexpensive. I love being able to take this computer home with me to work at night. I don't think it weighs a pound, so I can put it in a purse. Try that with you desktop! And I bought another one to replace my old desktop.

You MUST research this product carefully (A9 Max AI Mini PC). I have had it for a few days and have heavily researched the problem I'm having with it. According to what I've found, there is a KNOWN hardware problem that causes it go into something called S0 Low Power Idle mode (unpredictably and even in the middle of operations) AND CANNOT BE RE-AWAKENED. The user must do a hard reboot with the Power Button and is left with no clue what happened to any operations that were in process. Obviously, this is completely unacceptable and I have written GEEKOM for assurance that the KNOWN HARDWARE PROBLEM will be corrected before my 30-day return expires. Please believe me that no amount of Windows 11 tweaking (I've tried at least 15 suggestions from online gurus) can even work around the problem and have been advised that it's OS-independent. For techies, I've been told that S3 Sleep State is now "legacy" and is completely unsupported on this machine. In short, unless you want a computer that ungracefully shuts down (while leaving the light on and not allowing you to see anything until you reboot to a blank slate), you might want to look elsewhere. UPDATE: After several back & forths with GEEKOM support, including rolling back the AMD display driver as their support site recommends, GEEKOM itself recommended that I return the unit and could not assure me that the problem would be solved within the 30 days Amazon allows for return. They continue to blame it on AMD, but rolling back the AMD driver did not help. ADD'L UPDATE: Geekom has added both a new BIOS (v.20) and a new EC (v.18) to their support site, along with an entirely new set of drivers. I have tried multiple times and with multiple thumbdrives to update the EC and have failed every time. An easy Windows .exe file was able to update the BIOS--apparently not available for the EC. Geekom says that one all this is updated, I'll be ready for a new AMD graphics driver that they assure me AMD is working on at Geekom's urging. There's just too much frustration and their English-language tutorials are badly written, so I'm within one night's sleep of throwing in the towel and returning for a refund. FINAL UPDATE: With Geekom's encouragement, I finally decided to return it, but I did discover one other issue. I could not access the necessary BIOS settings to allow VirtualBox to run on it (but I was successful in running Hyper-V); even with Ctrl-H advanced BIOS settings accessed (a shortcut to downloading the BIOS unlock), I could not turn off whatever was refusing to let go of Hyper-V so that VirtualBox could run; I presume this could be resolved by a BIOS update but I did not bother Geekom about it because we had already decided I needed to return the unit for other reasons.

I turned this little system into a powerful Linux server. The AMD Ryzen works with Ollama for running local AI models. I only wish it came with options for more memory. When prices on DDR5 memory return back to normal, I plan on upgrading the memory. It was also easy to add a second NVMe M.2 2230 SSD so that I have physical separation for dual-booting Linux and Windows. No thermal issues even under heavy loads. I love the aluminun case.

Great server but I paid for a HX 470 and received a 370. I didn’t learn this until it was too late to return it.

Edit 30/10/23 Dopo più di un mese dal reso del prodotto, ho ricevuto da Geekom un messaggio di scuse per il prodotto difettoso e per le carenze del servizio post-vendita. Mi è stato offerto un nuovo pc per riprovare il prodotto. Aggiorno quindi la mia recensione. Il nuovo Pc si è avviato regolarmente e ho iniziato a valutare caratteristiche e prestazioni. Nell’insieme mi è sembrato abbastanza veloce e non scalda molto, ma non ho avuto modo di testarlo con programmi con alto utilizzo della Cpu. Le istruzioni sono scarne con un foglietto di sole immagini. Non è indicato come entrare nel bios e quali opzioni sono previste in esso. Mi riservo di ulteriormente aggiornare questa recensione per valutare l’affidabilità del prodotto nel medio periodo.

5* por la relación calidad/precio, pero no se le puede pedir mas de la cuenta, mas bien esta dedicado para ofimática simple, ver YouTube, navegar.... Un miniordenador versatil para estos temas que ocupa muy poco espacio y te da limoieza en el escritorio, no para juegos un poco pesados, ni programas que consuman muchos recursos, yo lo veo ideal para niños para sus trabajos del colegio, instituto y occio(música, películas, YouTube, Facebook...), para nada uso profesional, para eso su hermano mayor. Decir del vendedor que es atento y formal, por lo menos en mi caso me solucionó mi cuestión atentamente.

Cumple con las especificaciones ofrecidas, es excelente, a pesar de sus características de alta gama, no se calienta ni hace ruido. Hasta el momento estoy muy satisfecho con la compra, lástima que no puedan facturar para deducir el gasto fiscalmente

Geekom MiniAir 11 Nach anfänglicher Skepsis hat sich meine Meinung sehr weit ins Positive gedreht! Mit meiner längst vergangener Zeit als Konstruktionstechniker - und 30 Jahren Computerbastelei, wage ich hier mal nach 2 Wochen praktischer Anwendung ein technisches Urteil. Der technische Aufbau ist erstklassig bis genial! Schön und klein, ist er beispielhaft für den technischen Fortschritt der letzten 15 Jahre. Wenn dieser Minicomputer, ergänzt mit einem USB-Hub, dann auch noch elektronisch lange Jahre durchhält, ist das mit 84 meine neue Computerliebe.

Ich hatte ein kleines Problem mit dem Rechner, aber nach Rückfrage über dem support @geekom wurde mir sehr schnell geholfen und der Fehler ist beseitigt. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
