Great communication with seller. I was worried due to delivery delay and heat. Everyrhing was alive.

These cute little guys got active in about 29 minutes. All set up in the aquarium and doing good.

The snails are much smaller than I expected (MUCH SMALLER). I ordered them on July 20 and they weren’t delivered until July 30, ten days!! (Perhaps the Post Office is not the way to ship live snails). I really don’t know if the tiny critters survived the journey or not.

Half of the snails were not alive floating in the water . Watched them every carefully and they did not come out of there shell

I got these snails about 2 weeks ago and I only had about 2 arrive dead. There were a little more that died that didn't make it past the first week from the environment change. The ones that did survive set up roots and had a bunch of babies. My tank is thriving with new life and I can't wait until the new seeds thrive.

Snails arrived healthy and alive. There were only 17 in the bag plus 1 empty shell. Most were about the size of a pea.
