I am a very easy-going buyer and usually don't post negative reviews for minor flaws. I completely understand that when a brand manufactures or sells lakhs of units, 1 or 2 defective pieces can happen—it’s natural. Keeping that in mind, I bought these Boult earbuds ignoring some low ratings.However, my experience has been an absolute nightmare:Defective Product Right Off the Bat: The earbuds stay connected to my phone even when placed inside the charging case with the lid completely CLOSED. Calls keep routing to the buds inside the case, making me miss audio and forcing me to manually turn off Bluetooth every single time. It creates extreme discomfort during routine daily calls.Failed Service Attempt: I raised a service request, and the product was picked up. It took over 10 days to come back, only for the EXACT SAME ISSUE to persist! They didn't fix a thing.Non-Existent Customer Support: This is the worst part. There is NO direct voice call support, no human agent to talk to, and no physical service center accessibility. Everything is routed through frustrating automated bots that just loop you back to raising requests.It feels like the company operates on the assumption that because it’s a ₹1,000 – ₹1,200 product, customers will eventually give up, get tired of the endless bot loops, and accept the loss. They are literally testing customer patience with zero accountability.I am now stuck raising a second service request with a useless product that I can neither enjoy using nor replace easily.And finally : Do not fall for the features or price tag. The moment you get a defective unit, you are completely on your own with zero human support to help you out. Definitely NOT recommended!

Using the GoBOLT Astra Neo Bluetooth earbuds for more than a year now, and they are really good and durable. The sound quality is clear with good bass, and call connectivity works perfectly. Pairing with my Samsung phone was very easy and quick.Battery backup is impressive — once fully charged, it lasts almost 7 days with regular use. The earbuds give around 4 hours of playback on a single charge. Noise cancellation also works well for daily usage.One thing I personally liked is the calling quality while riding a bike. With a helmet on, I can talk clearly even at speeds up to 80 km/h without much disturbance. Without a helmet, calls are still manageable up to around 30 km/h.Overall, after one year of usage, I can say this is a value-for-money product with good battery life, sound quality, and durability.
