Is the green ring supposed to have a hole in it?

Yes, there’s a small hole and when you squash it some air comes out of the hole and then fills up again!

Is there small holes that water goes to inside of it as I am looking toys that I can wash and have peace of mind

There aren't small holes in the rings themselves but they're easily washable after each use

Do all of them have holes ?

Yes! They are all like doughnuts apart from the top one, the hole doesnt go all the way through, it acts almost like a lid.
