Dot matrix printers don't print high quality text. It's more for numbers and business text. Inkjets are much better in terms of quality.

Can I use multi-page (up to 3 pages) "carbonless" paper with this product? Is the pressure enough?

No...I returned the printer for that reason. I had a couple of conversations with the service people for the seller about increasing the pressure for 3-part checks. Nothing worked.
