MTG ReFa CLEAR（リファクリア）

毛穴が綺麗になります。きちんとケアしたら目立たなくなりそうです。あと、超音波のせいか、血行やリンパの流れが良くなる気がします。とりあえず背中のニキビがきれいに無くなりました。※顔用です！ 毎日は使ったらダメです。販売員さんも2日おきに使っているそうです。 顔にしか使ってなくとも、通電して保証期間過ぎるとなぜか壊れます。今は4代目くらいです。 年とともにニキビもでなくなってきているのでそろそろさよならかもしれません。 壊れやすさと値段の高さ、好性能と必要性、のバランスが難しいと思いつつ、今までありがとう！の星5つです。

本当に買わない方がいい。すぐ壊れます。充電できなくなる。ブラシもバカみたいに高いのにすぐ壊れます。これ買うなら、熊野筆の電動じゃない洗顔ブラシ買った方がマシ。今は他の洗顔ブラシが充電切れた時用の予備で使ってる(電動ではなく)

ブラシの柔らかさは肌に優しく良かった。 強さが切替出来るので、使い勝手が良い。 普通肌なので問題なし!

毛穴汚れもきれいに落ちている感じでよかったのですが、本体？充電器？が1年ちょっとで壊れてしまいました。 リファ正規店に問い合わせると、一部を買い替えるとしてもけっこうな価格なので、丸ごと買い直した方がよいと…。どうするか迷っています。

肌診断の数値が良くなってびっくりした。 これを使ったらもう手洗いには戻れないと思う。 買う時は値段に躊躇したけど、使い出したら安い買い物だったと思う。

最悪です。7月に購入してから2ヶ月で充電が出来なくなりました。 届いた商品も新品とかいてありましたが、2019年購入品の物が届きました。もう二度と購入しません。

症状の度合いは違うものの、何年も湿疹とニキビの混ざった状態が続いて化粧品やサプリをさんざん試してきました。 洗顔の見直しでこちらを購入。1回目の使用でかなりスッキリ感があり翌朝ポツポツが穏やかになっていて痒みもありませんでした。 寒い季節はどうなのかなぁと気にはなるものの、現状とても満足しています。もっと早く買えばよかった！

箱がおしゃれで高級感がありました。 中身を出して充電したら 充電ランプが点灯しなく 何度か試したが同じ状態でした。楽しみにしていたので残念です

I love this brush but can see how some wouldn’t like how soft it is. It’s perfect for me because I always do a double cleanse. My only complaint considering it is so expensive is that the brush head needs something to cover it so it doesn’t get messed up / dirty during travel.

Liked the product but it stopped charging in less than six months of use. When I finally had an opportunity to contact the company to find out how I purchase a new charger, they never responded. When you go on there many site it is very challenging to find a replacement charger cord but found it, purchased it although the shipping is almost as much as the charger, received the charger but it STILL DOESN’T WORK! Assuming it might be the charging base but it’s not available to purchase separately. Honestly, enough is enough, already spent way too much for the device and another charger plus ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE… They stole enough money from me so will not give them more for this product nor for any of there others!

Once the brush needs to be replaced, I will have to go off Amazon and find them from some other companies. The brush cleanses well and the three different settings are nice.

I gave this to my wife to try as part of her night time facial cleansing routine. She said it was easy to use and was not too harsh. It left her face feeling refreshed without feeling overly abrased. It's not too heavy and it's easy to hold without her hands getting tired. She's using this with a YesTo facial cleanser. She's used it for a bit now and it seems to be holding up fine. Overall, she's happy to use it now and then. Will update this when after she's used it for a while longer.

I'm a cosmetologist and I love giving facials, so I'm always excited to see what new and interesting things are on the market for skincare. Some things end up being impressive but the fad products are at an all-time high for sure. This is one such product that I thought would be just a very good version of a simple facial exfoliation brush, which even then seemed like a stretch at $300. But this product is actually a supersoft brush, almost more like a brush you would apply powder or blush with, and it doesn't even work all that well for cleansing. At best, you could maybe use it for a second cleanse with water if you've already mostly removed your makeup, but it's quite messy. The device kicks water and soap everywhere and then the brush head has to be removed, cleaned, rinsed, and then thoroughly dried before using it again. so the device doesn't even have multiple uses like being able to help serums absorb or providing facial massage. For this price, you'd think they'd have found a way to make it do all of those things as one singular unit. Overall feels like a high quality device, but doesn't do much for cleansing and, as another reviewer also pointed out, the replacements are difficult to acquire and likely to be expensive as well. Not a great product overall to me.
