When you receive this product, take out the buds and remove the thin plastic film sticked on the bigger tip of the buds and then only these buds will charge themselves in the case, if you don't remove the plastic then the buds won't get charged and will not work. When I received the product and I opened it the birds were not working and I thought that the product is defective but then my friend noticed a thin plastic film on the bigger tip of both buds. He removed it and asked me to put the buds back in the case for charging and then they started working.

I purchased the Airdope Loops with high expectations, especially with the claim of a 50-hour battery backup. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but disappointing. After fully charging the earbuds to 100%, I checked the battery level on my phone to confirm it was at full capacity. To my shock, the earbuds died within just 40 minutes of use! The marketing claim of 50 hours of playback is an outright lie. While I must admit the fit and comfort are excellent, and I truly admire the design, the product's functionality leaves much to be desired. The battery backup is a big ZERO, and it makes the earbuds practically unusable for longer periods. Adding to the frustration is the connectivity issue. Connecting the earbuds to my phone was a struggle. One earbud would connect, while the other refused to pair consistently. Despite following the manual instructions and spending a lot of time troubleshooting, I couldn't get them to work reliably. It was an exhausting and futile effort. Overall, my experience has been terrible. This product feels like a scam – a poorly executed gimmick. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing Airdope Loops. It’s a waste of money and effort, and I regret buying it. Rating: ⭐ (1/5)

Fit & Sound: Fits perfectly, sounds great, and stays secure while jogging. Comfort: Highly portable and comfortable, though I’m still adjusting to the clip-on style 😜 after using TWS earbuds. Security: Much safer than TWS earbuds, which always felt at risk of falling out. Bang the buck deal👌🏻👌🏼👍🏼

Right side ear bud failed within a month. Useless product. Their warranty claim is also very bad. We need to take ear bud to their service centre which 10km from my place. Who will bear the travel expenses and lose pay. Worst customer support. I'm trying to file a consumer complaint.
