Can these be used on toes?

Yes! I bought them specifically to used in my toes and they work great. I didn’t even have to use the biggest size in my toes.

Are they small enough for small hands? I always end up using the 3 smallest sizes of other brands.

I found that all of the forms were too big for me. It was super hard to find a good fit and most of them needed to be trimmed down a lot.
