The COCHIC extender is better so far
I purchased this after spending $30 for a 6-pack metal version by a different brand. The COCHIC extender is better so far. I have to wear a dress shirt and tie every day and this product has helped me salvage some really expensive shirts where the collar has gotten too tight. Here's my evaluation:Pros:The button looks like a normal shirt button and isnt too bulky or conspicuous. Not sure why they make shiny metal versions that can be easily seen when your tie naturally loosens up through the day. Isnt the point of this to get some extra space discretely? The elastic band is white and softer than the coil spring band found on other brands. This results in the extender being less noticeable and comfortable overall. The metal coil versions can be very tight and don't allow for extra stretch once it hits its limit.Cons:I'm not sure why they only provide two extenders at such a high price. It's just plastic and elastic. I would buy many more of these if they were in the $5-8 range.I question the durability of the elastic band. It seems flimsy, but I havent had one break so this may be an unfair judgement.Despite my criticisms, I give this product 4 stars (rather than three) because it has done what it it supposed to better than other products (so far).

The button matches the buttons on most nice dress shirts very closely
These are the only collar extenders worth buying. The button matches the buttons on most nice dress shirts very closely, it does not cause any pinching at all, and it gives slightly more room than the metal collar extenders I have tried.I had to deduct a star because I can't buy a multi-pack of plain white ones with a white thread. They sell a 3-pack of the children's size that are all white/white...can we get this for the adult size please?Oh, and a pro tip: mind the direction of your four-in-hand if you don't want your collar extender to show. Being right handed I typically tie my tie right to left - with a FIH knot this results in the heavier end of the knot sitting on the right side of the collar, leaving the top button/extender visible on the left side. Tie it left to right = problem solved. It will feel like trying to throw a baseball with your non-dominant hand the first few times, but you'll get the hang of it.

Elastic is better
These work well, and the elastic is so much better than the metal spring kind, which for me stretched out and didn't spring back.

Increase the collar size and life of your favorite dress shirts
These Collar extenders work great. I have a bunch of dress shirts size 32/33 with 17 inch necks. The shirts fit great the only problem is that my neck is no longer 17 inches, it is probably closer to 18. I had a job interview coming up and needed to find a way to wear one of my existing shirts. Finding shirts in a 32/33 with 18 inch neck is almost impossible and did not make sense since the shirts I own are in great condition. I took a chance on these and am so glad I did. I attached one to my top button, put the shirt on, buttoned the collar and put on my tie. perfect fit and you could not tell i was wearing a extender.

I do like them, and think they are worth the extra ...
I use these to keep my rolled up sleeves up. They have enough stretch to give the extra width needed yet hold the rolled sleeve up. The buttons on these are slightly larger than most of the buttons on my sleeves. Don't know if that's because these are really for men's shirts and I'm using them on ladies tunics, or just the style of button they chose. I do like them, and think they are worth the extra cost compared to other styles. The elastic loop has help up.

Mixed feelings, they are good, look good but are pricey
I gave these collar extenders 3 stars and not 4 because I think that they are very pricey. The buttons are really well made, high quality and good looking but not worth the price tag of $14.95 for two. I am sorry, I am not cheap, I like quality items but the makers of these collar extenders really went too far high with the price (considering it will be invisible behind a tie and serve no other purpose). Also, I do not know how durable will the elastic be under everyday use. The metal spring extenders that I own (which are way cheaper) have been doing a great job hanging in there, let's see how these perform under the same use. Other than the price, the extenders are the best looking in the market but with a big $$$. I will love to see these for/under $10.00 which is a more reasonable price.

Works as expected
These things work well and not only do they extend your collar, but they make it expandable due to the elastic. When you turn your head your collar has a bit of give which makes it comfortable in multiple positions.Would have given 5 stars, but I think these things cost too much compared to what you get.I have not tried these more than once or twice so I don't know how they hold up over time.

Awesome Extender
Oh wow! This is the best extender I've seen since I have been wearing them. It's concept is great and the design works very well. I thought the metal extenders were great but this knocks it out. The extension part is elastic and contracts back not to its original position, but close enough. It also has an elegant look to it. It was easy to get on and it does not come off. Best extenders I've seen. Totally worth the money.

Très pratique
Pour les cous plus larges, c'est parfait. Ça ajoute beaucoup de confort.Le seul point négatif... c'est cher pour ce qu'on a.Par contre, il s'agit quand même d'un bien meilleur prix qu'en magasin.

Waste of money
These should be 0.50 cents at best. Complete waste of money and highly over priced. They look cheap, feel cheap and are cheaply made.
