Open the box, the product parts are very complete, first look at the instructions, installation is very convenient, the whole product can support 66 pounds of weight, enough to use my 55 inch tv.Do not forget tools before installation: electric drill, hammer, screwdriver, wrench, marker. Just follow the instructions, and you will succeed. It is also convenient to adjust, tilt, and rotate.Tips: When installing, it is best to install it together with two people.

Overall, the mounting process took about an hour. Works well, seems stable, and swivel function works well. However, the installation process is a bit sketchy. Could not find installation video online and the directions are vague. The manufacturer is clearly Chinese and more effort could be put into making the installation instructions easier for consumers of this product.

This is not sturdy-this doesn't have sturdy hardware. Two lag bolts that anchor it to the wall snapped while affixing to the wall. I even pre-drilled holes and now I have one lag bolt in the stud but behind the drywall, and another sticking out of the dry wall (Jagged since the head snapped off). So mad right now.

I used this for a 43 inch LG TV. It's holding the TV just fine. It is kind of a little too flexible when moving the TV around. I have to adjust the TV sometimes to get it level again because it will tilt side to side if you put enough pressure on it while moving it. But it doesn't bother me much. If left alone, the TV don't move. It's only when pulling the TV away from the wall or pushing it back. The movement isnt much though.

This mount does not make the grade. It is loose and floppy. It won't even hold a TV (that weighs a meager 8.4 pounds) level from left to right at full extension. DO NOT ORDER THIS MOUNT UNLESS YOU ENJOY GETTING VERY FRUSTRATED AND DOING A LOT OF CURSING!

How did this product get such high reviews? May be those reviews are fake or those people got theirs for free?The wall mount bracket metal is so thin, Also terrible design making it difficult to hang my 55" TV.The 3 bolts they included are so cheap, wack garbage metal, one snapped off as I was tightening it to a wood stud.Out of 5 wall mounts I used, this one is the worst beware, just stay away, now I thinking will thiskeep the TV up safety or will the metal snap after so long and TV come crashing down.Just don't buy please, I don't want to bother returning it and having holes in my wall, not lining up with a new TV mount.

This was a great price and I think this bracket is made for the newer tvs that are much lighter.I needed one for an older tv that was moving rooms and it was to heavy for this bracket.

Great product. Super easy to find a stud and install. Great for medium and decent size TV's (ours is a 47inch).

Got this for the very small family room TV where 3 very rambunctious boys like to hang out in their spare time watching TV. No issues installing and putting the TV on the arm. Works great. Like the tilt option and it can be moved to give you the best viewing. Best of all it can be pushed back against the way when not in use so no damaged TV screen. YAY!I priced a few of these TV arms and this is impressive for the price. Great value.

Great mount for the price. Works well for my smaller tv. Sturdy on the wall and swivels nicely so I’m able to turn it to where I’m sitting.

Wall screws broke and instructions were not very good. But overall id buy again for the price

Huge issue with hardware! I have the best of tools and the screw heads easily stripped immediately. Cheap aluminum hardware, how irresponsible and inconsiderate to include these and then add warnings improper installation may result in injury. I’m tired of hearing “ you get what you pay for” personally I’m tired of giving my money away and the attitude of a product reasonably priced means you get something you can’t use. I may be trying to save a few dollars, but the manufacturer is trying to save mere pennies by including useless hardware that we are certainly being charged for equal to a higher quality product. Instead of including and adding into the cost, a nonsense level, why not do better and save yourself the pennies on the level and include proper screws and bolts! I should have purchased from the hardware store I had to buy the screws from!

Rated for 88lbs----Seems over the limit with an LCD that weighs 55lbs. The boom pole is clearly bending from the weight of my 55lbs monitor. Its also unable to keep the tilt up regardless of how tightly its tightened -- likelydue to the weight. Seems to be good to 35lbs at most. The second issue is the install. Its a 2 person job. The way it is designed ---the mount has to be attached to the monitor first; then the entire monitor and mount assembly has to be mounted on the wall. With a heavier TV like mine(60lbs), Someone very strong has to hold the TV in place while the second person inserts and tightens the screws.
