The system it self is actually very good when u use it with the fortress app. U can basically forget about the pannel and us the app to configure everything. However the main pannel is litterally the worst piece of tech i have used in ages. The buttons are very slow and unresponsive. Sometimes i may press a button 3 or 4 times to get it to click, them the system completely trips out on itself. The screen just start clicking off randomly all over the place.Update:Today the my fortress app stopped working. I got the error message seen in the photo. This has rendered the system useless. I can arm and disarm with the remote only. The main pannel trips out as usual. This was over $300 and i honestly am starting to regret it. I contacted fortress customer supoort. Hopefully they can help me resolve it.FYI: fortress doesnt have 24/7 customer support. 😓

I recently purchased a Fortress GSM 3G/4G WiFi Security Alarm System-S6 Titan Deluxe Wireless DIY Home and Business Security System. After two weeks of receiving the system, I was finally able to convince an IT co-worker of mine to come over to my house to do the setting up for me. The problems started immediately with trying to setup an additional Loud Indoor/Outdoor Weatherproof Black Siren that I purchased separately. That never happened, so I now have a Siren that I can't use. After the setup of the Alarm System was done we noticed that it was impossible to arm the system with the Pad or the RFID Tags. It only works with the remote and the App. A short while later the system would reset every now and then on its own. After we heard a strange noise coming from the key Pad and nothing like what we were expecting, my co-worker informed me that the cause of all this is a faulty Pad. I am really angry and disappointed.

Producto que funciona increíble, al principio se marcaba solo el 0, pero luego se arreglo y ha funcionado mejor de lo que esperaba.muy recomendado, de verdad el sistema funciona muy bien, avisa cada evento sin excepción, no he tenido ninguna falsa alarma.

I have used Fortress Security Security Store systems for 4 years. For 3-1/2 years the customer service was always excellent. Six months ago, the company seemed to fall apart. I have had problems with the SO6 system since day one. Now the cell warning system refuses to operate. They keep on telling me that they have sent a request to tech for assistance. That was months ago. No help. Now they tell me that I should subscribe to a private cell service by some other vendor they can't name because their service can't work. Don't waste your time. You will be completely frustrated and wish you had never purchased from them.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome...Replaced my Iris system that is shutting down. Works perfect so far. Absolutely recommend. I will update after a month or two..
