Helly Hansen Lifa wear is the go to base layer for many arctic expeditions. Not just an insulating layer, it is a transport layer, wicking away perspiration and keeping you dryer.This kit has stood the test of time, 40 years, never disappointed.

Just bought this baselayer, but (at the moment) i'm using it as a summer top rather than a way to keep warm in the winter. It looks good and feels good. Had a bike ride today in hot weather and it performed well. Much better than your usual t-shirt. It does snag though - it's mentioned in another review - and so care is needed. At this price, £19.99, it is very good value for money. I'll probably buy another.

I’ve worn Helly lifa tops for over 20 yrs. the quality remains high and they are the most comfortable base layer I’ve found. These keep you warm even when soaking wet and wick sweat when you’re working hard. Buy them as winter vests and you can thank me later.

nice, light t-shirt. I bought a large size , as usual, but this particular t-shirt feels a bit 'neat', and that is why it got 4 stars nice

Usually wear medium for a base layer but the large is looser for a stand alone item, had before will buy again, light breathable, wear for days with no body odour, wash in sink and drip dry by morning. The only issue itvery easily snags/pulls but that is forgivable.
