Q: What is the width of the horizontal bar at the top? I need to remove a drop-ceiling tile and I wan't to know if it will fit.

The top bar on the Bowflex Xceed is about 31.25" wide

Q: How wide of a space do you need for the Xceed? Please take into account when the power rods are flexed (side to side). Thank you

From power rod to power rod when flexed is 6’. Now the directions say keep an additional 3’ past that but I didn’t have space for that so I didn’t. That is on the pr1000 Bowflex.
