Pioneer Photo AlbumsDA-500CBF/R Extra Large Capacity Photo Album, 500 Pocket 4x6, Red

I ordered this photo album to use for my vacation photos. I really liked being able to write all of the important dates/locations right next to each picture. I would highly recommend this to anyone and will likely be buying more to use in the future.

I love these fabric covered albums and I have ordered multiple colors in them. This particular one I ordered for my husband's military pictures.

Pioneer photo album are great! There is plenty of room to add a description of each picture. I like that they have a photo on the front. My only suggestion would be to add a self adhesive binder label so the year is prominent when the album is on a shelf.

On my second book. Love the layout so I can out horizontal and vertical pictures. Love the space to write captions.Only complaint is that pictures don't stay by themselves the best, but that problem was easily fixed with double sided tape.

I purchased 2 of these to use as my wedding albums because there were so many photographs and I couldn't choose between them. This is a great, heavy duty album that gets the job done. My one complaint is that the "glue" that provides separation between the photo slots on each sheet wasn't well attached on a couple of the sheets. As a result, some of the photos are slipping and won't stay in their allotted space. This only happened on maybe 2-3 sheets though so it isn't a huge deal. The cover is a sort of canvas material too which looks sleek but isn't overly formal.

That it can hold 500 pictures important to me. I liked that there were various colors to choose from since I am doing a photo album for each grandchild. Plastic used to hold the pictures is not 100% clear clear but Okay. The photos do move around in the different sections but so far I have not seen that as a huge problem. I have purchased six so far anticipating each album will hold together for each of their lifetimes. Grandchildren are 15, 14, 14, 12, 10, and 2.

I have been using the Pioneer 300 photo albums for years, and like those, however, I needed a couple that hold 500 photos with space to write, so I bought these. Aside from not really liking the lay-out with two vertical photos on each page, the first one that I bought was fine. The second one that I bought, however, was not as well made. As other reviewers have said, the glue between the pages has come apart so the photos become too loose. Worse yet, the second album came apart at the cover so I had to do a "fix" with packing tape to put it back together. If I could find another type of 500 photo album that serves my purposes, I would not buy one of these again.

I love that it holds 500 pictures and has the lines down the center to write on! The one down side about this item is that the glue that holds each picture in place is not very sturdy. Once the picture is in the slot you are in the clear but you have to be very cautious about not tearing the glue away when you are inserting your picture. Once its torn away then the picture won't stay.

I only rated this at a 4 instead of a 5. It appeared to me that they might have been stored for sometime and it was a little difficult to insert some of the pictures since they quite often caught on small tears in the plastic. As well, one of the albums appeared to have had something yellow in color spilled on it. This was okay for my purposes but does take away from the nice appearance of the album.

Item is not damaged at all (which is hard to find with photo albums). It is a lot bigger than I thought it would be, but it seems to be sturdy enough to do the job.

The album is nice especially for the capacity; I just find the pictures slip out of place so you just need to be careful when turning pages. Overall worth the money.

Great for space and getting 5 pics on one sheet. Only thing is the three horizontal pics can slide right through to the other side
