The fitting instructions didn’t do the system justice. Having tried to secure from below and realising that I would have to be some sort of contortionist, when I found that the grub screws could be tightened with the Allen key via the hinge holes, I was delighted. Good WC and rimless flush works fine. Short projection was Ideal for my situation. Thin seat is OK but could be a bit more rigid as it creaks a little giving the impression that there is movement in the WC (which there wasn’t). Looks neat and clean, very happy.

All good easy to fit came with all the parts

Poor quality product came with defects. Customer service terrible. Repeatedly said they could not see a defect on the photos I sent through. I sent it with out highlighting it first then sent it again and got the same answer they cant see any defect. No business integrity. Hassle service.

Good wc goid seat looks the part

Compact toilet unit for a little bathroom or simply to save money. Everything works fine. Water stream could be less powerful

Flushing system doesn't work properly. It needs to be flushed 2-3 before paper goes away. It just keeps spinning water around insted of taking paper down the waist pipe.

Worthless toilet pan👎 1-Uneven body 2- the holes are not inline with fixing which makes installation nightmare! 3- when flushing 9 liter water can't clear the pan 4- all dirt splash on the age of seat ( bad design) I changed with a better made (huge difference) It was Waste of money
