I give this a 3 as I ordered the supporter with a back, not the jockstrap. In itself, the jockstrap is pretty good both as a holder for a protective cup (which isn't included, not do I expect to need much) and as a regular supporter. It's underwear so I probably won't bother to return it especially since the packaging is just a little non-distinct plastic bag. I'd have much preferred the version with the "seat" since I'm not big on jockstraps and the product title clearly states that this should be the garment with the back piece rather than the open straps. It was cheap enough so I guess I can just keep hang onto it for occasional use.
