Good and Quality Product
This review is after two years of its consistent use. The product is good both in quality and working, no issue since baught. We run mixer grinder with other equipment like light and fan turned on. It works fine, charges tubular battery very fast.

Diffected product
Service is not good no one pickup the call and return is not working. Microtek company is very bad service and also Amazon not registered any complaint on microtek. Amazon send diffected products and no return policy. Please not buy any one this product I will also upload this product complain on Twitter (X) and I will do all thing to get my refund back otherwise replacement.

It is preety good. And up to date nothing problem occurs.
I have purchased this product but I haven't found any warranty card inside the box. When I called microtex service centre they said we will manage all that.I have purchased 2 180 ah Exide invamaster (IMTT1800) from outside tall tubular batter.I have used 8 CFL bulb and 4 fans and it have give me backup of approximately 6 hrs till date which I have noted was that. My electrican have told me that it will give atleast 16 hrs let's see. I haven't tested till now. If testing scenario comes I will definitely update you all with exact data.

Received defective or non-functional item
I received a defective or non-functional item. It was even not switching on. It took me lot of struggle to explain Amazon customer service that the product needs return as replacement was not available. Ghe system at my end showed it was within allowed period but they were not agreeing. They kept me held up for almost 45 min gave all wrong reasons as to why they cannot provide return and hung up on me without any resolution. I had to call customer service again and share the details again to show my return time window to be still valid. The customer service person created a special case and accepted and processed my return request.Interestingly the same product was available from the same seller in a different link, but my product link was showing out of stock and hence replacement was not available! I think that the product seller or the product or both may be unreliable.
