Also, I was skeptical about the strips so I have tried it with placebos as well. Another interesting fact however, this kit measure aceto acetate and not beta hydroxy butyrate. If you are actually in ketosis having high blood levels of the later mentioned ketones, you might not have aceto acetate in your urine. Also, if everything goes all right the ketone levels shown should fall after prolonged time I. Ketosis. Blood tests are better but seriously can't afford it.
