Bought this because my daughter loves shave ice. My 7 year old can make her own shave ice. The first one I bought was broken out the box but amazon shipped me another and I shipped the broken one back free of charge. Easy to use.

Terrible all around
Not worth the money, I bought this to use for my shaved ice business and it worked well for like the first 2 days I had it, ended up freezing up and no longer working with a line of customers watching everything happening, very embarrassing ended up shaking out the ice and digging out the chunks for it too work for 20 mins then freeze up again, even using the reverse it would no longer go forward , again line of customers watching it fail. After 2 very dissapointing business days of people watching me struggle with incompetent machine I was done with it, I tried smaller quantity of ice, smaller sized ice all the things and even with it running it non stop it still froze up and stopped working, I am returning it ASAP and biting the bullet and purchasing a commercial ice shaver!!! Very disappointed, if you dont want too look like a fool in front of lines of people then stay away from this machine!!!

La calidad
Esta máquina para raspados vale la pena porque tiene un aspa de metal , he probado otras y tienen aspa de plástico lo que las hace de menor calidad porque se rompen con mayor facilidad . Espero que esta máquina me dure por lo menos 3 años .

Fácil de usar dejan los raspados super fino si lo deseas asi tiene dos opciones sea fino oh menos

Very happy with this purchase!
Got it for my food truck, I previously had a shaver machine but this crusher does a nice job and it’s quick. Just add a small bin where the ice falls . Ice comes out thin and can be adjusted to desired size. First night I sold a good 25 Raspados/shaved ice, doesn’t pull much electricity which for us is great because I have other appliances running on the same line. Over all I’m in love with this machine. Se Los recomendó!

Can I get a new one sent to me or something
Product look already used. Was at a big function the buttons mess up and came off and was awful that I couldn’t even use the product I spent a lot of money on
