You can wear any kind of footwear with it. The only problem is it tends to give an allergic itch after prolonged wear. I wore it over a flight and at the end of five hours I found my feet itching horribly and scratching made it tender and bleed. Although the rates are cheaper for such product. But i think ome should not buy this product because even it cost just 69rs + 51 (delivery charges) . Its better to buy some good quality product. It ia not worth of even 10 rs.. Complete waste. No use. No benefit. May be it leads to worsen ur heel pain becuase thickness of gel pad is very very less. And because of this, there js not an option to return this product. Because company knows, once u see the actual product, you are not going to buy it. For this prouct star should be in minus. I have been using it for nearly two months now. While it does give great relief to the " cracked heels " of one's feet, in the dry winter cold of Pune, The durability or the lasting power of this product is VERY LOW. I had already damagaed two pairs --- the common damage comes from the supporting one inch strip which drapes over your foot. This strip is not strong and tears away very quickly, within a week if you are using it regularly. Secondly, if you wear shoe or even a sock over this product, it rolls up, i.e. does NOT stay and grip your heel.
