Nothing apt.. hairy potty etc kinda words r there which according to me no parent wants their children to use. I dont know if i am a bit orthodox but I didn’t like the continuous use of such words.

This was a homerun with all four boys I purchased them for...my son initially chose Dav Pilkey's first Dogman book, and since then I've been giving out Dogman and Captain Underpants books to even the most finicky of readers I know as presents to help engage kids who aren't fond of reading much. They're fun for both parent and child-have your child read the Dogman series aloud to you, you'll be laughing right there with them. Keep em coming Dav, our kids love your books!

My grandson loves CU, so much so, he has taken to drawing his own cartoon strips.The book is a larger than normal soft back book, with cartoon strips inside.
