The heating portion is just around the patella (knee top) & front area on knee. If the hamstrings (back of the knee) are hurting, you will have to rotate the heating pad. Works fine.The fabric material etc looks a bit shabby.

Fastener gave way with one use. Size too big . Need to Improve on the quality. I need to return it and get a better one . Its heating well.I received a new one within 3 days . The heating is perfect gives relief to the knee. I use it for 10 minutes twice a day.But again I have to say the fasteners need to be made more strong n durable . It's a universal size so very big for my knee hence I wrap a thin cloth and thereafter wrap/ fasten it on my knee. My only worry now is the fastener. Plan to get it stitched through my tailor.

It's not heating up as desired... Cuts off in 3 minutes.Poor quality

It can do the work it is intended for.It only heats for some time, after that it doesn't heat any more, I am still ok, as I don't need more heat than this.it may be an issue for those who are looking for a prolonged heating

I am getting afraid to use it as i am getting burnt smell from inside just after 1 minute of usage.I request for replacement.

Beware! This heating pad is 240 volts with a European round two prong plug. Do not purchase if you expect it to work well on 120 volts with a plug adapter. The seller is from India and wants the buyer to pay return shipping fees. Produce description is inadequate.
