This seems to be a good product. I had it for a while before I tried it because I could not figure out exactly how to get into it, but there is a video for everything on YouTube. :-) The first couple of times I wore it, it was not comfortable. It did not see to fit right, but I kept trying. After a week, I noticed it was more comfortable, but it did not sit right on my back. it was too high -- or at least I thought so compared to the photos. But I kept trying. Sometime during week 3 I noticed that it was easier to get on, and more comfortable to wear, AND it was sitting more appropriately on my back. I think it just took some time to stretch my muscles to allow a good fit.Now it fits well, and I do sit up straighter. I am not sure it is helping with pain much, but it helps with posture, and I have much fewer headaches. I recommend!The only problem I have is that my FSA dollars will not pay for it. They will pay for similar products, but not this one.

I bought this because I've been dealing with chronic neck problems for a few months. I was told by the chiropractor that it mostly was a result from having poor posture- carrying a ridiculously heavy backpack for college takes it toll, and so does sitting hunched over on a stool for 5-10 hours working in an art studio to complete projects. So after a few chiropractor visits with only temporary results each time I figured I'd try to get to the root of my problem and get something to correct my posture. I looked at dozens upon dozens of listings and finally settled on this one, and I was really excited to try it. However, I got it, tried it on, and it just feels like I'm wearing a backpack strap. No strength, no hint at making me sit differently. It's just there, not doing anything. Perhaps some of it is that I'm a really tiny, skinny person. Maybe if I had more weight, I could make it tighter on me and feel more of an effect. But alas I tried it on once and that was it for me. Unfortunately I got caught up with work and school and so it sat in my closet past the return deadline. Maybe a few years from now I will try it again and get my money's worth out of it :)

This product does a good job of holding my shoulders back and it is fairly comfortable fabric wise. It was uncomfortable the first couple of days (20 min each), but was easy to get used to. I'm not sure it is the right fit for me though. I am 5'2 and a small frame so I'm not sure it's doing everything it is supposed to. I posted pictures. It still allows me to slump over my computer desk into bad posture. I am doing a better job with holding my shoulders back, but it's not helping my back pain as much as I wanted it to.

Upon first opening the package, which arrived early (yay!), I was quite impressed with the nice presentation. Nice bag which doubles for displaying the company name, extra pads for chaffing (because everyone's body is different), and even a business card, WITH a postcard saying they value my opinion- you can send it back to them with comments, suggestions, ect... That is something you do not see very often, so I was impressed. Also included where instructions on how to assemble/put it on correctly. The instructions were spot on, though I did struggle a little bit trying to get it figured out. Would have been much easier with another person helping me. Once on, I noticed how good it made my back feel, very supported, straight and aligned. I later learned to listen to their instructions on length of time to wear, because the next day my back was very sore. That was my fault. I used the pads because my arms did kind of get a little raw, but it fit as expected and my posture is already getting better after a week of wearing it consistently with the given instructions. Overall, this is a great product from a company that values their customers wants, needs and opinions. It does exactly what it said it would and fit just like it should. My only problem is getting it on by myself which is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. This product is perfect for any adult who wants support, aligned or just improved posture!

I LOVE this product!! I was very skeptical that this thing would work. I have lordosis of the spine and I have moderate to severe hip, back, and neck pain. Recently my neck has been in a tremendous amount of pain to where I could not move my neck side to side. I tried chiropractic and massage therapy and it was not releasing the tension. I have a desk job and sit at a computer most of the day. After doing some research I thought I would try a posture corrector. Man, am I glad I did! My back and neck feel so much better after wearing it for a few days. It is not the most comfortable piece of equipment since the Velcro is under the arms but the small irritation is worth the support and relief I feel when I wear it. It does come with pads to cover the Velcro but it’s too large and feels awkward when I wear it so I leave them off.Normally when I vacuum my house my back is in severe pain and I have to go lay down for a while. I just finished my entire house with NO pain! I used it while on the elliptical yesterday and again NO pain. Normal I have to do about 15-20 min of stretching after to loosen up my back. Before buying this my neck pain was an 8 out of 10. It’s down to a 1. This is a $20 miracle.If you are on the fence of buying this, just do it. It’s $20 and worth it! I highly recommend for anyone with neck and/or back pain.

Straps too wide for me where it fits under the arm and uncomfortable at the front of the chest, underarm portion and also when tightened to where it pulled my shoulders back. Straps dug in under my arms so added the pads which just added to the bulk of the straps with not much relief in my discomfort. Underarm pads do not stay in place once you take it off, so then you have to adjust them right where you need them each time. Had to add the strap extenders to make it less of a hassle of getting this thing on and then once on, if you need to tighten it for any reason, you can't just pull on the extender, it will come off. It was not an attractive look when wearing under a tee shirt, for me anyway, linebacker analogy comes to mind. On the flip side, it is well made and is strong.
