This seems great. I have started taking this supplement every day (1 tablet a day). Although it is mentioned on the pack that you can take 2 tablets a day.The pack that I received was manufactured in April 2018 which is just about a month old. A huge thumbs up to Zenith for providing healthy and quality supplements.Also, this is one of the best ZMA supplement that is available at an affordable rate.Now, let's talk about the health benefits of taking this every day.- Rich in Zinc. Zinc is an essential mineral with antioxidant properties that stimulates the activity of many enzymes in the body. Great supplement
I'm on Keto and do a lot of strength training exercise. Before having this supplement my muscle ware and tear or muscles didn't recover fully so I used to fell lethargic everyday. But after using this supplement only one tab a day I feel energetic and there are no more muscle. cramps and pull

Seems to be working
The composition of the ingredients is not the same as ON and other brand ZMA. Zinc is in the Gluconate form. Not sure how that matters. The dosage, although lesser than other brands, may be enough - not an overkill.

ZMA's are a must for faster muscle recovery and this product does what it says. I liked it.
