The pull up bar itself is extremely rugged and can support a user weight of upto 120 kgs. The unique top pulley with anti swing mechanism is extremely effective for shoulder,lat,back,bicep,tricep and deltoid workouts. The unique antiswing mechanism ensures that the weight stack move along a prescribed plane and does not swing. The anti swing mechanism can be unhooked when not in use. The pulley bracket can be moved to one side of the bar when not in use. Accessories include a lat bar, short bar,v tricep bar,strap handle,chain.

    Can be used for Pull ups of very limited use as a pulley

Very VEry difficult to change weights.OF limited use as pulley machine as Bottom pulley required for many excersices.Weight capacity of 40 Kgs will make the equipment of little use only after couple of months.better go for top botom pulley machine available under 10 K on Amazon itself
