Perfect product.. heat level also good.. approx 2m earth copper cable and 3 mtr +ve copper cable... 2mtr power cable with 16A top pin.. compact size.. display also good (one number LED damage)... No unnecessary noise.. wish to give 5 star..(1 star less for display LED not functioning).. wire brush cum hammer quite small.. goggle more than expectation.. light weight.. satisfying the money invested.

Super welding machine and good quality and pawarful

Let me first tell you on why I had gone for this purchase and then on the features of the machine. I have a rooftop garden at home and grow bags are currently placed on wooden stands. I have to keep replacing them once every 3 years. That is when I decided to have stands built for placing the grow-bags. I narrowed down to 2 welding machines and finally chose iBell for its reliability and excellent customer service. I have uploaded few pictures of the welding machine and video for reference. 1. Packaging - Very neatly and professionally packed with all required parts. There was an additional layer of thin plastic cover placed to avoid any sort of damage to the device. 2. Contents - Welding machine (with power cord - approx 1.5mtr), Electrode holder, Grounding clamp, Gloves and Goggles. 3. Welding machine - Very light and weighs less than 2 kg. There is a switch at the back of the machine as safety measure to turn it on/off. Connecting the electrode and grounding clamp is very easy. Grounding clamp is real sturdy and solid. There are 2 knobs viz., Ampere and Force. You can tweak the setting according to the welding rod, material welded. I typically keep the amp between 110 - 120 and force at 50. There is an LED display where you can view the ampere selected. There are 3 LED indicators viz., power, heat and QC indicator. Power indicator - Turns on when you turn on the power. Heat indicator - Turns on when the machine gets heated up. QC indicator - Not encountered yet. 4. Ease of use - The machine is very easy to use and you can become a professional in no time. When you tap the electrode for first time, there is an inbuilt fan which gets turned on and continuously runs to keep the machine cool. Starting the arc is very easy and by practice you can learn on what setting to use. 5. Value for money - Although you will find cheaper ones in the market, for the features, reliability and performance ibell stands truly apart. Overall I am very happy on the purchase and have been using for close to 2 months now without any issues. Note: I would suggest users getting a nice pair of industrial gloves and an auto-darkening welding helmet. It would have been nice if there are few welding rods also provided.
