Simply Disgusting!!
Seriously, how could anyone give positive reviews to such terrible product?With a hope of having nice cup of coffee, I made my cup as directed.It has unique bad smell! I simply had to discard and another cup.Don’t know if the batch I received is like that.Unfortunately, I had to open it to try it out. Now I can't even return it. And an expensive product too.Have used just half a spoon of this. Could the supplier be accepting this product back?

After using it I am seriously wondering if it is a genuine Nestle product ! It is definitely not a "coffemate". If you use it according to instructions the item completely overpowers the taste of coffee and instead tastes like hot chocolate ! So if you want to drink hot chocolate go ahead and buy but there are better and cheaper options available.

Not Identical to Description
The product that was delivered to my home was "sugar free" chocolate creamer. I wouldn't have ordered sugar free and of course it is not returnable. 😑
