How many liters or ml?

it doesn't come in liters. It comes in 1KG pack

Can ths be used fir baby clothees??

Yes. It smells good and cleans well.

It's specially formulated for woolen fabrics but is it also good for cotton and regular clothes?

It is truely gentle on the clothes. After washing, clothes become much softer and smooth and the fragrance which it leaves behind is just awesome. Although Ezee has more profound effect over nylon clothes but it can be used for cotton clothes as well.
