this system is not working pls get it replaced or Repair

Missing DVD writer.
They sent me 1TB HDD instead of 320GB, No DVD RW, Windows 7, packaging was good but have some dent on cover, found inside wiring crumbled and had to fix it again, overal its good in Rs13000 range.

Received diffrent name and product not working
I received some other make and , some parts are fallen down and not working , requested for replacing still awaiting.. Hope I receive in good condition....
