It's been easier to use that most other multi-use bottles. Maybe they've improved the design, but I've had bottles that I've had to basically fold to get the last drops out (BioTrue argh), this one is totally fine. Make sure you're letting the bottle reinflate after each use. I had LASIK eye sugery 2.5 months ago and I've tried several other preservative free drops: BioTrue, Optase, Refresh Relieva, Blink, Systane Complete. This is the best. Other ones would feel okay-good (some would sting?) while they were in my eye but soon after my eyes were back to feeling dry and scratchy. This one LASTS, and it actually seems to be repairing my eye if that makes sense. It's like it's giving my tears something it's missing that keeps my tear film strong. My eye doctor said before I was using these that my left was corrected to -0.5 and that was just it; she was wrong, my eye was dry, these eye drops helped immensely and now my left sees almost as good as my right (which needs no correction).
