Finally I got this 'Nivia waist support gym belt'.Good quality product.Obviously the main purpose of giving support to your spine and waist support is well done by this product.Worth for the money. It is better than tha product above Rs.500 and Rs. 600. Because it's price also not too high and it's average for a middle class boy like me.Durability is truely amazing. Because its little rough outside LOOKING.... but, it is very calm and nice after wearing it in you waist.Note:-*If you're a weght lifting woman means buy 42 inch because of women hip size. I*f you're lean means of course, you can go for 38''also. But if you're a fat and big waist guy means choose 42''it's better. I think 32 is much small for you guys....
