Q: Will it fit someone who is xxxl in size?

I’m 21 stone and 5’10 (so a bit chunky) and it fits me fine with room to spare

Q: Can these be machine washed or is it strictly hand wash only?

It should be ok in a gentle wash setting such as wool wash or delicate. I would not recommend a full cotton cycle as this will be too rough and much of the fibers will malt and be lost.

Q: I ordered a rainbow colour long hooded poncho, and received a blood orange. how can i swap for the right order???

dont know - need to ask them, or have both!
