the DC side PIN needed a bit to do as it was not possible to insert in the set top box, used a nail to push in before using it.its working like charm for a week now.

Product is good but packing worst this is my second exchange product I receive this as also the same..

Good quality chargers are hard to find, but luckily I got this one....Using for more than a month for my ofc punching machine and its keep on running for minimum 18hrs daily....Thanks for the manufacturer, pls maintain the same strict standard....RegardsPraveenkumar S

The Product I received (from Seller Lord Krishna) was nowhere near to what shown in Description. The adapter I revived was very bad quality plastic made. I used multimeter to check the output and got near to 16V which is unacceptable when the required voltage is 12V and will damage your electronics item intended to use. I opened it and got amazed to see a thermocole pad to keep the circuit board in place. The pad was already melted. These are cheap and locally made garbage. Its quality was nowhere near to a commercial grade adapter as mentioned in the description. You can get these type of cheap adapters for less than Rs. 120 in the market. I really want to return it but need to pay for shipping, which is costly. Its going to the garbage. Thanks amazon and Seller Lord Krishna.
