Are the kandy kakes frozen at any time between when they come out of the factory and the time they are delivered?

These are fresh from our Tastykake vendor Mondays and Thursdays. Not frozen. They do usually have about 3 weeks until the best buy date.

I need to have each individual package with the label on it and not just clear wrap so the person knows what it is and the ingredients. How are these?
