If one dish or bowl is damaged when received must the entire set be returned?

I decided to return it and Amazon returned my money but they did not give me a code to return the plates. I am going to contact Amazon to return the purchase.

What does it say on the bottom of each piece? Thanks.

There are no markings at all on the bottom
