It depends on needle depth 0.2 /0.3 u can do weekly and 0.5 and above 6 weekly as skin needs time to recover 0.5 is highest i should you do at home higher should be done my beauty therapist or medic ! Also if its for hair growth you can get serums needled in professionally !

NO. Mine came in a plastic back with a ziplock. NO STORAGE CASE.

How long after using can I wear makeup?

I’d say 48 hrs - your face will be a be red for a few days. And as the pores are wide open, putting make up on would only cause spots / reaction
