These are great little planes--a really good deal for the money
These are great little planes--a really good deal for the money. They are individually packaged, so they worked great to use for my boys' school Valentine's Day parties. One little problem, though: Each of the plane packages includes a full list of all the plane types, including the "Hellcat" and the "Focke Wulf." While I realize these are the names of actual war planes, I was a little worried about sending those words to school on my sons' Valentines. I could just imagine what would happen when the 9-year-olds started reading all of the names to one another...How many minutes would it take for me to get an unpleasant phone call from the teacher? Anyway, we used strategically placed stickers to cover the potentially offensive words, but a word to the wise: If you are planning to give these to kids who can read, be prepared to do some crossing out first!

Sturdier than others we've received
We bought these to include in thank-you bags for a kid's birthday party. My daughter loves these planes, they are often really fragile and break easily when little hands play with them. We were really happy that these were a little sturdier than the ones she has received at birthday parties. We still put it together for her, because when putting it together (4 year old), she did end up bending the wing. But once put together, the plane fared quite well as she tossed it around the house and outside. The front propeller is cute and spins while in flight, and the planes actually fly pretty well, before they come down. Overall, we were really happy with the purchase and would recommend these to anyone looking for a glider plane for little kids.

No. Just no.
I have a lot of problems with these.1. My 24 pack only came with 12 and I didn’t realize until they were all put together or I would’ve returned.2. The pin that holds the propellor on 2 of the 12 were too big for the hole. I had to cut them to fit.3. One plane didn’t have a propellor or pin included in the package at all.4. The numbers for the pieces (which aren’t even needed for any person with a little bit of intelligence) and “MADE IN CHINA” (like there was any doubt considering the quality 🙄) are printed way too prominent on the planes.Overall, I wouldn’t purchase again since there are so many other options. They need some QC!

Childhood Memories for Young AND Old
Talk about an amazing throwback to my childhood! I remember getting these gliders and playing with them for hours. It sparked my imagination and provided a source of play that little kids and big kids alike should reconnect with. And these gliders are the perfect way to do that. Not only is it a great price for a great variety of gliders, but assembly is as simple as I remember it. The colors are vivid and their durability is really great. I now use these to disconnect from the world and enjoy REAL play. You need to get your set before they're gone!

Perfect party supply
These were perfect for my 3 year old birthday party. Cousins up to 7 were playing with them. The adults or older kids had to put them together, but they weren’t difficult at all. There were a few where the clear plastic nose had a plastic glob in them so the propeller didn’t go in. They still flew well but didn’t go into the pile for the party. But, for the price these still get four stars. If you have younger kids that like to put things in their mouth PLEASE do not leave these out around your house. The foam wings are easy to tear up and the clear plastic nose is the perfect choking hazard.

Good value for the price.
These are cute, colorful and easy to assemble little planes. I ordered 24 and received 24 (unlike some other reviewers here). The back view of the packaging shows 12 available styles, although I received only 11, some of which I had multiple quantities, others of which I only got 1. In the end, I guess it doesn't matter that much though, as the contents in almost all cases didn't match the outer packaging -- the designs are similar but not identical and the color schemes are different (see the photo for the Thunderbolt F-47D, whose exterior shows a plane that is yellow, red and black, but the contents were green, white and black.) If you're giving these to persnickety kids, they may be miffed for all of 30 seconds, until they see them fly then they'll probably forget all about it! Happily, they have an interesting flight pattern, definitely NOT a frustrating throw it and watch it immediately nosedive into the ground -- rather, they go a few feet, take a dip (propeller audibly spinning all the way), go a few more feet and take another dip before "landing". Some of my packaging was slightly beat up and the contents were a little bent and water(?) damaged but still flew OK. Although assembly is a snap, I'd suggest helping fumbly or overzealous little fingers because the foam parts do bend pretty easily and they fit together snugly, which requires a little bit of finesse. The foam does seem more forgiving to bends, however, than balsa wood would be. Another reviewer commented that the numbering system was unnecessary and while that may be true, I found the printed numbers helpful when it came to centering the wings and tail, as they’re printed right in the middle of the pieces. Also, the packaging diagrams are less than obvious about which direction to insert the wings and tail so I'd suggest that the curved edges face the front of the plane and the straight edges face the back (I think that’s basic physics; anyway, mine flew best that way). And I'd be sure to completely remove the perforated bits to ensure better balance and flying. It's also a good idea to complete the nose tip assembly before attaching it to the body because, in some instances, fitting the propeller into the plastic nose tip hole was a little challenging since there's a little extra plastic on the end and sometimes the diameter of the "pin" was a little too big for the hole (a few times I gently bit and turned, bit and turned, etc., to taper it down, but I definitely wouldn't suggest that for young children!). Overall, I think these are an inexpensive, colorful and quality option for the price.
