This thing is fantastic! I've spent hundreds of dollars and thrown out dozens of cans that my stomach didn't agree with. Thank God i didn't give up and kept trying until i found this one. Dissolves awesome, very gentle on my stomach and does its job perfectly. If you have a sensitive stomach, but you don't want to miss on the benefits of creatine, don't skip this one. This is the best value creatine I could find anywhere. Super cost effective and easy to scoop out. The taste is a little off with it being unflavored, but I just got a flavored water mix to use every time I was taking my supplements. It takes a bit to notice a difference, but I felt that it greatly aided in my training. I did not feel any discomfort in my stomach and overall it has treated me well, being on my second container.

Very finely milled, or whatever they do to make the particles small. My favorite creatine so far. We wanted a big volume all at once and this was the best value we could find.
