Value for money .But the steel quality is a bit inferior comparing to those branded one. Water outlet is slowing

I had an issue while fitting the product. The existing distance between two outlet pipes in my bathroom were not adjustable with this mixer even with the S connectors provided by the vendor. I had to procure from the market with extra cost. Well it's fitted now and works well.

I am writing this review after almost three years of usage (2.75 years to be precise). I bought this based on the Cera brand. But I can now safely say that this product is not worth spending your money on. This is because the centre knob broke down twice - once in March 2019 and another time in July 2019. Both the times I had to wait a couple of days before the technician showed up and each time I had to shell out 320 rupees! I never had such issues with my previous ESS ESS mixer.My suggestion to others is to look at better ones.

Today only I got one wall mixer delivered. After opening the package I found one angle cock is out of the packet and one screw was bent. Before deciding to return I called my plumber for his opinion. He said it's just not fixed properly, I can fix it, and he tighten both the angle cocks, and fixed in the bathroom. After he left, I went to check and while closing the tap it turned full and suddenly whole set-up came out. I got drenched. Immediately I closed the source and called the plumber again, he came and found inside spindle was not tight, so everything came out. Fixed it again and I hope for the best.I request all the prospective customers to think twice before buying such a product of poor craftsmanship and unfinished product delivery.
