It arrived in a damaged box with no hardware. But because Amazon only would accept a return of the entire bed I contacted the company directly and and least I can say the customer service at the company was awesome; they sent me all the needed hardware free. But Once I put everything together the bed buckled under the weight of the mattress. The side rail was upside down and I needed to unscrew it before I could begin assembly. I read the reviews that said the screws sucked and bought my own. Many drill holes were off but for the price I figured I could fix it myself. I was wrong. Don't make the same mistake. This product was shipped in poor cardboard wrapping. The bolts and metal corners were missing because the cardboard was broken. The middle support legs were not finished like in the picture.
