The product arrived with visible dents, which clearly indicates it was not a new item. It seems like a used or old stock product was sent. The jug was manufactured in May 2024 but delivered to me in January 2026, which is unacceptable for a product being sold as new. Performance-wise, it does not keep water warm for more than a few hours, which defeats the purpose of buying a thermal jug of this brand. Overall quality and heat retention are below expectations. The seller should ensure that only unused, dent-free, brand-new products are delivered to customers.
