Good quality in budget price
I was looking for a simple fan and without any bells and whistles. This one fits the bill. The wings and motor is of a good quality compared to another model which is similar and available for 1,600. I bought this for 2000. This will do work for you for years. This is not an energy efficient fan though.

Crompton fan is very but inside the box. Pair of canopies 1N is missing and Shackle assembly kit 1N is missing

Crompton Celing fan last for life.
Crompton HS Plus1200 Ceiling Fan is the best available fan in the Electrical fan market within the reach of middle class. Sold by Amazon it is a Win Win situation for Amazon and its customers because this fan is not available at this price in retail market.The fan is durable, doesn't require any maintenance except cleaning with broom stick once a month.

The worst after sales service (in Hyderabad)
It had started off well but in a span of 6 months a weird clicking noise started coming up. Thats when the problems started. I have raised 6 complaints so far for the same item in a span of less than 2 months. The technicians are a joke. They cannot even fix a simple fan. The first technician had literally said that it should be replaced but when he found out that it was purchased on amazon he just disappeared. I had no idea amazon items get special treatment by these after-sales teams. Their customer care is a joke. Higher ranking staff is not available in office throughout the day , the call centre people are only there to pick up your call , tell your complaint number and say that we should call the technician or the agency if we want to get it fixed , not them. They will not call , they do not know the status and they do not care. They cannot do anything from their end. Their email id response is pointless. No credibility whatsoever Just a bunch of useless people. This is the very last crompton fan i will ever purchase. I am happy with havells or other brands. Anything except crompton.
