Consistency in Quality
I have tried multiple brands, tried to source grains and grind it on my own. None were more consistent than ashirvaad. Price is quite expensive. However, I would personally prefer a consistent recipe over saving a few hundreds. Without much work or time, it does result in a soft, delightful chapati.

Good flour; Bag arrived damaged; unusable
I love this flour, and I’ve bought it before. Sure it’s a little pricey, but to me it’s worth it rather than trying to drag it back on the bus from the nearest market to me that sells it. But when I ordered it this time, the bag arrived open! Very disappointed, it’s unusable and there’s no return policy Update: the customer fixed the issue with me so I’m going to go ahead and move to three stars.

Not pure wheat. Added salt to the wheat which is not acceptable.
Bad quality and added salt to the wheat and wasn’t pure wheat. Felt tiredness after eating it. Completely unacceptable.
